The role
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
As Branch Manager based in Ipswich, you'll be responsible for:
- Management of all day-to-day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
- Leading, developing and inspiring the team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
- Focusing on sales and growth
- Building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Instilling a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch

- A solid background in management in the trade sector
- Proven leadership and management experience
- A passion for nurturing team development
- A strong track record in sales and operational excellence within a customer-facing environment
- Commercial acumen and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results
