Facilities Coordinator

About the Role

Play a key role in keeping our workplace running at its best - bringing structure, energy, and high standards to every part of the day-to-day. We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities team in our Aberdeen office. This is a fully office-based position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day print room, mail, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure all requests are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
  • Support smooth office operations
  • Act as a key coordinator for the team, overseeing workflows
  • Support projects and training
  • Liaise with stakeholders
  • Help resolve facilities, maintenance, and building-related matters

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
