Location: London (onsite, full time) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience

Join our Business Development Team at HCA Healthcare UK, working across London Bridge and Lister Hospitals. This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive strategic growth across multiple sites within a dynamic and commercially ambitious environment.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager within the Senior Management Team, you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of service line growth strategies across our London facilities
  • Work closely with the CEO and Heads of Business Development to identify, evaluate and launch new services
  • Strengthen referral pathways and expand consultant partnerships
  • Analyse market data, referral patterns and competitor activity to unlock commercial opportunities
  • Increase market share and drive revenue growth
  • Act as an extension of senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and support them in growing their practices
  • Ensure service accessibility and operational excellence

This is a highly visible, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives on delivering measurable growth, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the future direction of private healthcare services.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or commercial healthcare roles
  • Experience working with senior management teams and influencing strategic direction
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and interpret financial and activity data
  • Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management capability
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
