- National - £34,869 - £47,945 per annum

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Hertsmere, Borehamwood and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards
- Undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks
- Carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs
- Make recommendations based on survey findings
- Travel across the region as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 (essential)
- Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB (essential)
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
