A fantastic opportunity has become available to play a key role as a Performance Marketing Planning Consultant in the Planning Centre of Excellence team within Customer Marketing, which is part of the wider Group Customer & Communications function.
You'll play a critical role in supporting the development of our 121-marketing planning capability, providing specialist support for the wider planning and squad community to ensure the delivery of robust marketing plans which align marketing strategies, commercial objectives and customer priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the planning remit, with a continuous focus on target setting, performance and budget management
- Ensure return on investment thresholds are maintained
- Drive ongoing optimisation of plans, activities and operational planning processes
- Establish the right frameworks and effective stakeholder relationships to support squad working
Working arrangements
- Hours per week: Between 28 and 35 hours
- Working pattern: Hybrid, with flexible working approaches available
- Office location: Your nearest regional hub
- Collaboration events: Regular connection with colleagues anticipated to be monthly in London or Swindon
