
Procurement and Facilities Manager

As a key member of our Finance team, you will drive efficient procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure our facilities are well-maintained and aligned with organizational standards. You will play a vital role in supporting our business operations while fostering a safe, inclusive, and sustainable workplace.
Procurement Leadership
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business goals
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from vendor selection to negotiations
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Facilities Oversight
- Manage facilities at AXA Partners' Redhill and Athlone sites, working with external partners and internal teams
- Lead lease negotiations and oversee site moves and changes
- Monitor and control facilities budgets and related expenses
- Approve facilities-related invoices and oversee maintenance activities
- Line manage reception staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
Strategic and Risk Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver procurement support
- Identify cost savings and innovative solutions
- Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement and facilities activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including risk management and audit procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
- Knowledge of contractual and legal obligations related to procurement
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
- CIPS certification is a plus, but not mandatory

- Competitive Salary circa 70k depending on experience
