We are looking for a Project Surveyor who can confidently manage commercial risk, support high‑value sustainable projects, and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities As a Project Surveyor, you will: Manage cost and contractual elements of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are achieved Carry out detailed cost analysis, forecasting and budget management Work closely with engineers, architects, clients and contractors to support effective project delivery Monitor budgets, manage risks and produce regular performance and financial reports Identify cost‑saving opportunities that support decarbonisation objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project expectations are met and exceeded Qualifications & Skills Essential Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field Strong cost management and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Strong commercial and financial awareness Desirable Confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders Proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, passionate about improving industry standards Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS or similar) Experience working on sustainability‑focused or decarbonisation projects #LI-DC1 #LI-Hybrid #RMDFL Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
