The Role
As an Executive Branch Manager at SIXT, you'll lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-notch quality. Use your sales experience and leadership skills to drive your branch to success.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
- Increase revenue and profitability
- Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings
- Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process
- Take responsibility for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
- Ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of branch and team management experience
- 2–4 years of work experience in sales and customer service
- Service-oriented way of thinking and value work that has direct customer contact
- Experience in developing and up-skilling your team members
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong communication skills

- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000+ depending on experience with an OTE of £70k
