About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – New Business Sales to strengthen our team in the areas of (SaaS) domains, security, brand protection, and fraud prevention.
The primary focus of this role is identifying and closing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment and has a proven track record in acquiring new customers, particularly in the German market. Your Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential new clients in Germany, France, or Spain through networking, direct outreach, and social selling
- Analyse target industries to identify growth potential and qualified leads
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to engage decision-makers
- Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to create customised offers and solutions
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM documentation and forecasts
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market and competitor developments to identify differentiation opportunities
- Build long-term, trusted client relationships as a consultative partner
Your Profile
- Fluent in English for London-based; fluent in both German and English for Germany-based; or fluent in both Swedish and English for Sweden-based
- Must have experience in B2B sales within Digital services, Brand protection, Digital Security, IT, or telecommunications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong understanding of the German market and business landscape
- Confident use of CRM systems and sales tools
- Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and results-oriented
- Passion for consultative selling
