About the role

Join haart Estate Agents in Streatham as a Senior Lettings Negotiator and play a key role within a high-performing team in one of South London's most competitive lettings markets. We are looking for a confident individual with a proven ability to win business, build lasting client relationships, and consistently deliver results.

Your day-to-day will include conducting viewings, negotiating offers, generating valuations, supporting junior team members, and driving new business growth across the branch.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Assess and value properties for the market
• Market properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• Generate new and repeat business
• Canvas the local area through door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential skills and requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
• Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
