Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Compensation & Hours

  • Salary: £28,000 OTE per year
  • Commission: Uncapped
  • Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Initial Training

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements

  • Must have access to your own vehicle
  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic car)
  • Before starting, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
