About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct property viewings
- Generate new business opportunities
- Help people find their next home
With uncapped commission and clear career progression pathways, this is the perfect opportunity to build a long-term career within one of the UK's leading estate agency networks.
Compensation & Hours
- Salary: £28,000 OTE per year
- Commission: Uncapped, with guaranteed commission for your first two months whilst you build your pipeline
- Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
Initial Training
Your journey will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car
- Access to your own vehicle
- Business insurance for your vehicle (proof required before starting)
