Join our energetic and ambitious team at haart Estate Agent in Streatham, one of South London's busiest rental markets, where hard work and determination are rewarded. With full training provided through the Spicerhaart Training Academy, you will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to build a successful career in lettings.

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Compensation and benefits

Salary and commission

  • £28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)

Working hours

  • 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week
  • 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Initial training

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Terms and conditions

  • Must have access to your own vehicle
  • Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
  • Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
  • If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme
