Location: Berkhamsted Brand: Alexander & Co Salary: up to £30,000 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 4pm

About the Role

The role of Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding. Do you have a solid background in customer service? Are you looking to join a well-established Estate Agency? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? If the answer is yes; this position could offer you a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
• Booking and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills Required

• Experience within sales and customer service
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
• Be responsive to change
• A full UK driving license
